Payment Questions


Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay for your purchase using paypal, and also a major credit card.
Q. If I buy two of these (product) what is the combined shipping?
A. Shipping prices will be shown when you go through the checkout process.
Q. Can I get this for $X amount?
A. The prices we have listed are the prices of the product.
Q. If I buy a large amount of a product can I receive a discount?
A. We don't give discounts on buying in bulk.

Shipping Questions


Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We are sorry but currently we only ship to the United States.
Q. My package was scanned and marked delivered but I haven't received it yet, where is it?
A. Drivers sometimes hide packages in bushes, on porches, behind larger items to keep them out of sight and out of the inclement weather. Make sure to check around your house for the package. Also check with a neighbor as the package could have been left there. If you still are unable to locate the package please contact us at customerservice@supremehardware.com.
Q. I gave you the wrong shipping address, can you change it?
A. Intercepting a shipped package for UPS costs $10.00. We are unable to intercept a package being sent USPS.
Q. I noticed my package was shipped a few days ago but I haven't received it, where is it?
A. Shipping generally takes 3-8 business days (not counting Saturday or Sunday). If you haven't received your product in 14 business days please contact us at customerservice@supremehardware.com.
Q. I tracked my package and it appears it is being returned to you. Can you send it to me again?
A. Packages that are Returned to Sender, other than an error by us, are not resent. A refund will be issued minus the shipping charges on all orders that are RTS.
Q. I Bought and paid for my item why hasn't it shipped yet?
A.

We ship orders within 5 business days after the order has been processed.

Q. Where can I find my tracking number?
A. Click on the Customer Service Tab. Type in your Confirmation Number and Click the "GO" button. When your package has been shipped a tracking number will appear under "Shipment Tracking". Also a tracking number will be sent with the e-mail confirming shippment of your order.

Return Questions


Q. I need to return my item, however I've already used it. Can I get an R.M.A number?
A. We will only accept returns on unopened and unused items, unless it is defective.
Q. I decided I didn't want the item and I refused the package, will I get a full refund?
A. The cost of shipping and the cost of getting the package back will be deducted before a refund is issued.
Q. You received my returned package, but I haven't received my refund, where is it?
A. Returned products go through inspection which takes up to 5 business days.

Q. What are the dimensions of the product?
A. We do our best to give as much information as possible on products. All of our product pages have all the details of the product to the best of our knowledge.
Q. I sent an e-mail and haven't gotten a response yet, how come?
A. We try our best to answer all e-mail messages in the order they come in, if you haven't gotten a response yet, you will be getting one soon.
