Payment Policy

Shipping Policy


Shipping Areas

  • U.S. buyers pay shipping price listed.
  • APO addresses please ask for shipping prices.
  • No International Shipments can be made.

Shipping Time

  • All order processing begins after payment is complete.
  • After processing, orders ship out within 5 business days.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for transit times.
  • We do not expedite.

Return Policy


Returns

  • Please contact us at customerservice@supremehardware.com for a return authorization number before returning any purchase. We will provide the return address at that time.
  • All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
  • Customers will incur the expense of returning the item.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for any item refused by the customer.
  • We will not reimburse any return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only.
  • There will be a 10% or $5, whichever is greater, restocking fee on all products that are being returned
    in the original packaging.
  • If the product you are returning was purchased with free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by us will
    be deducted from the amount of the return price.
  • Any item that is being returned not in the original packaging, is damaged in transit, or is used, will be subject
    to a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price.

Damaged, Defective Returns, or Wrong Item Received

  • All damaged or defective claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • We will replace any damaged or defective items.
  • If you are shipped the wrong item we will correct the problem at our cost.
  • Items that carry a manufacturer warranty may not be returned or exchanged.
  • These products should be handled per the warranty instructions. We will be happy to assist with this.
  • If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item
    we will replace it at no charge to you and issue a UPS Pre-Paid return label.

Other Policies


Canceling or Changing Your Order

  • After your order has been placed, it begins to process and cannot be changed or canceled. Our automated system has been created to process orders and have the orders shipped as timely as possible. If you would like to return any items from your order please see the Returns Policy.
