Returns
- Please contact us at customerservice@supremehardware.com for a return authorization number before returning any purchase. We will provide the return address at that time.
- All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
- We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Any returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
- Customers will incur the expense of returning the item.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded for any item refused by the customer.
- We will not reimburse any return shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued for the price of the product only.
- There will be a 10% or $5, whichever is greater, restocking fee on all products that are being returned
in the original packaging.
- If the product you are returning was purchased with free shipping, the shipping cost incurred by us will
be deducted from the amount of the return price.
- Any item that is being returned not in the original packaging, is damaged in transit, or is used, will be subject
to a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price.
Damaged, Defective Returns, or Wrong Item Received
- All damaged or defective claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.
- We will replace any damaged or defective items.
- If you are shipped the wrong item we will correct the problem at our cost.
- Items that carry a manufacturer warranty may not be returned or exchanged.
- These products should be handled per the warranty instructions. We will be happy to assist with this.
- If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item
we will replace it at no charge to you and issue a UPS Pre-Paid return label.
